The Advantest V93000 is a modular automated test equipment (ATE) platform used to electrically test semiconductor devices. Depending on the installed instruments, it supports digital, analog, RF and power testing. It connects to a wafer prober for wafer-level testing or a separate test handler for packaged-device testing.

Does This Configuration Match Your Existing Test Program?
When expanding an existing V93000 installation, start with the configuration already running your product. The platform name alone does not establish that another used system can run the same program.
Compare the installed instrument models, quantities and revisions, available channels, device power resources, controller and SmarTest release. Identify any missing resources before agreeing on a purchase.
For a new application, provide the device test requirements rather than selecting a system by pin count alone. Required digital, analog, RF and power capabilities must be checked against the proposed instrument configuration.
What Is Included in the Quotation?
Compare quotations against a written equipment list. Confirm the mainframe, test head, installed instruments, controller, manipulator, cooling equipment and connecting cables included in the offer.
List DUT boards, sockets, docking hardware and other application-specific interfaces separately. Equipment shown in photographs should be identified as included or excluded.
Software installation, license entitlement, transfer conditions and access to updates or manufacturer support also require separate confirmation.
Machine Condition and Acceptance
Evaluate condition using records tied to the offered system. A power-on demonstration does not establish calibration status or prove that the machine can execute your production test program.
Before ordering, agree on the inspection and acceptance scope. This may include configuration verification, startup, instrument diagnostics, review of available calibration records and an application demonstration where the necessary program and interface hardware are available.
Record outstanding faults, missing items and any checks that have not been completed.
Looking for an Advantest V93000 Handler?
The V93000 is the electrical tester. For packaged-device testing, a separate handler presents devices to the test interface and sorts them according to the tester’s results.
If you need a handler for an existing V93000, send the handler model, package drawing, temperature requirement, site count and photographs of the docking interface. Compatibility requires review of the mechanical interface, contact hardware and communication setup; the tester model alone is insufficient.
A handler is not included unless it appears in the quotation’s equipment list.
